Our standard plans are structured on whether you need patent searches, patent illustrations or both. Each come with a 2 active ticket minimum (see above for active ticket explanation) and a 1 day turnaround minimum. However, we understand that companies are unique with different expectations and needs, so we offer custom plans tailored specifically to you.

No magic here; if you submit 15 tickets today, don‘t expect them all to be done the next day. But unlimited really means that – unlimited patent searches and illustrations. You can post as many tickets as you‘d like and our team will work on what’s in your queue each business day.

We work off an “active ticket” structure, which is the amount of projects of yours we will be working on from your queue at a given time and within our given turnaround time. For example, if you have a plan that includes 3 active tickets with a 2 business day turnaround time – you will receive a minimum of 3 projects back within a maximum of 2 business days.

Once one ‘ticket’ is completed in your queue, we move to the next ticket in your queue.

Yes. There are a few ways you can do this:

• Simply place the tickets in the order you’d like us to prioritize them within your client portal.
  
  
• Specify in the subject line of the particular ticket when uploading to the client portal.
  
  
• Email us specifying the ticket name.

Our simple flat–rate pricing eliminates the guesswork when it comes to budgeting. With us, you will never be faced with unexpected charges or rush fees. You can rely on paying the same amount each month for all of your project needs, giving you peace of mind and making life easier. 

Our turnaround time starts when that particular ticket is opened and being worked on. For example: If you submit a ticket, there is nothing else in your queue and your promised turnaround time is 2 business days, the minimum amount of time you will get it in is 1 business day, and the maximum amount of time is 2 business days.

In another example: if you have 2 tickets in your queue, you only have a 2 ticket plan and you add 1 more ticket, the promised turnaround time for that 3rd ticket will start once the other 2 tickets have been closed.
